1. Purpose
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the information search, content consumption, and other services provided by Saleplaza (hereinafter "the Service"), as well as the rights and obligations between the user and the Service.
2. Definitions
- "Service" refers to the Saleplaza website and the hot deal curation, community, and video feed provided through it.
- "User" means members and non-member visitors who agree to these Terms and use the Service.
3. Nature of Affiliate Services and Information
Product information (discounts, prices, images, etc.) provided by the Service is collected and processed based on data APIs or public information from partners such as Coupang, AliExpress, 11st, and Gmarket (hereinafter "Affiliate Malls").
Users acknowledge and recognize the following:
- Real-time Information Changes: Prices and inventory may fluctuate in real time depending on the pricing policies of the respective malls. The final payment amount and product specifications must be verified on the detailed page of the linked Affiliate Mall.
- Affiliate Disclosure: This Service may contain affiliate marketing links. If a user purchases a product through these links, the Service may receive a commission from the Affiliate Mall partners. This does not result in any additional cost to the user.
4. Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in the following actions while using the Service:
- Attempting to harm the operation and system of the Service, hacking, or generating abnormal traffic.
- Posting false facts, slander, profanity, or content that infringes upon the copyrights of others in the community.
- Collecting service data without authorization using crawlers or scripts for commercial purposes.
5. Provision and Modification of Service
The Service is, in principle, provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the service may be temporarily suspended due to system inspections, network failures, or force majeure events. The Service is not responsible for any damage resulting from such suspensions, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

The Service is not a direct party to the purchase transaction and bears no responsibility for disputes (returns, exchanges, refunds, deliveries, etc.) that arise between users and Affiliate Malls. All legal responsibilities for transactions rest with the user and the Affiliate Mall that sold the product.
7. Amendments to the Terms
These Terms may be modified in accordance with revisions to relevant laws or operational needs. Modified Terms take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation of these Terms and any disputes related to the use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
